Jivamukti Yoga classes are open to practitioners of all levels and include a 14 point sequence as designed by the instructor. Through chanting, breath awareness, flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment exploration, relaxation, and meditation, you will be guided through the class both physically and spiritually. As one of the five tenets of Jivamukti, music plays an integral role- whether ragas, global trance, hip-hop, or George Harrison.
